-10 trips to have job completed ( wrong color, wouldn’t stay in, etc)
– couldn’t get tooth to fit properly – shaved bottom teeth & suggested ortho work , yet previous tooth had no issues w fit !?!?
– fit for mouth guard – when it arrived, didn’t fit properly and refused to re-make !
– put fixative used for molars on front tooth cap – less than 1.5 years later the tooth moves
-guarantee on work “5 years”. LIED! when I went, they said it was my tooth not their work and refused to honor their “ guarantee”
-wanted to charge $280 to remove the tooth that was adhered w strong adhesive and NOT covered / no insurance applied !
— I’m left with a broken tooth & cap that’s falling apart … previous one lasted 30 plus years yet theirs less then 2!!!
Expected to charge full pricing $1200 for work that should have been covered under their “ guarantee “ and placed properly ! Blaming pt mouth / stating one needs ortho work when previous lasted decades is insane!
– most staff are friendly –
