Top Dentistry, Inc. provides (1) a public directory of dental practices, (2) marketing and growth services for practices, and (3) practice-management software. By using any of them you agree to these terms. Paid services may carry an order form or subscription agreement that supplements these terms; software processing patient data also requires a Business Associate Agreement.
Directory listings
Listing information is compiled from public sources and from practices themselves. We verify what we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or outcomes. If you own a practice, you may claim your listing, correct it, or request its removal at any time.
Accounts & acceptable use
- Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and only claim practices you are authorized to represent.
- No scraping at disruptive volume, no misuse of patient data, no unlawful or misleading content.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly per location, month-to-month unless an order form says otherwise, and can be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period. Advertising spend paid to ad platforms is separate from our fees.
No medical advice
Top Dentistry does not provide medical or dental advice, and a directory listing is not an endorsement or referral. Always consult a licensed dental professional about your care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
