Your data-protection rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data we hold about you, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. California residents have comparable rights under CCPA/CPRA.

How to make a request

• Email hello@topdentistry.co with the subject “Data request”.
• Tell us what you’d like us to do and how to reach you.
• We verify every request and respond within 30 days (45 for CCPA), extending only where the law allows.

Patients of dental practices

Where our software processes patient data on behalf of a dental practice, that practice is the controller (or HIPAA covered entity) and we act on its instructions. We will refer your request to the practice and support it in responding.

Data processing agreements

Practices on paid plans can request our Data Processing Agreement and, where PHI is involved, our Business Associate Agreement, at hello@topdentistry.co.
